Orders & Products
Yes. The majority of our creations are handmade and may feature slight variations in color, texture, brushstrokes, wood grain, or finish. These subtle differences are part of what makes each piece unique
Is every original painting one of a kind?
Yes. Unless specifically mentioned otherwise, every original painting is a unique, one-of-a-kind artwork. We also have limited edition prints available for a number of our original paintings.
Will sold-out products be restocked?
It depends on the product.
Original artworks cannot be recreated once sold. Prints, stationery, and selected handmade products may occasionally be restocked. Follow us on Instagram or subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated on new releases.

Orders below ₹699 are charged a flat shipping fee of ₹50.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Due to the handmade and original nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item.
Digital Downloads
How do digital downloads work?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of both the product and its packaging. We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Can I use digital downloads for commercial purposes?
Keep artwork away from prolonged direct sunlight, excessive moisture, and extreme temperatures. Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth when needed.

How should I care for my artwork?
After your purchase is complete, you'll receive access to download your digital files. No physical product will be shipped.
Are frames included?
Whether a frame is included will always be mentioned in the individual product listing. Please check the product description before placing your order.
