The following policies are intended to make your shopping experience clear, transparent, and enjoyable. Product Disclaimer:
The Alchemical Mind offers a range of original artwork, art prints, bookmarks, greeting cards, stickers, handmade décor, clay sculptures, and digital downloads.
As many of our products are handmade, slight variations in color, texture, brushstrokes, wood grain, or finish are natural and make each piece unique.
Orders:
Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully received.
If an item becomes unavailable due to an unforeseen reason, you will be contacted promptly and offered an appropriate resolution.
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate when placing your order, as we may not be able to make changes once your order has been processed.
Processing Time:
Most orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days.
During collection launches, festive seasons, exhibitions, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. Any significant delays will be communicated via email.
Shipping:
Physical Products
Physical products are currently shipped within India only.
Shipping is free on orders above ₹699.
Orders below ₹699 are charged a flat shipping fee of ₹50.
Orders are shipped through trusted courier partners.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information, where available.
While every effort is made to ensure timely delivery, shipping timelines may occasionally be affected by weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
Digital Downloads
Digital products are available worldwide unless otherwise specified.
Access instructions or download links will be provided after successful payment. No physical product will be shipped for digital purchases.
Returns & Refunds:
Due to the handmade and original nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:
the item arrives damaged during transit, or
you receive an incorrect item.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if there is an issue.
To help us resolve your request quickly, please include:
your order number,
a description of the issue,
clear photographs of the product, and
photographs of the packaging, if applicable.
Each request will be reviewed individually, and where appropriate, a replacement or refund will be arranged.
Cancellations:
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed.
If you have made an error while placing your order, please contact us immediately. While we cannot guarantee changes, we will do our best to assist before your order enters processing.
Commissions:
The Alchemical Mind accepts commissioned artwork on a limited basis.
Commission timelines, pricing, revisions, payment schedules, and delivery details will be discussed individually before work begins.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, commissioned artwork is non-refundable once work has commenced.
Digital Products:
Digital downloads are licensed for personal use only.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, digital products may not be:
shared,
redistributed,
resold,
modified for resale,
uploaded to file-sharing platforms,
or used for commercial purposes.
Because digital products are delivered immediately after purchase, they are non-refundable.
Color and Variations:
Every effort is made to represent the colors, textures, and details of each product as accurately as possible.
However, slight variations may occur due to differences in screen settings, photography, lighting, printing, and individual device displays. Such variations are a natural limitation of viewing products online and will not be considered valid grounds for returns, replacements, or refunds.
As many of our products are handmade, minor variations in color, texture, brushstrokes, wood grain, shape, or finish are to be expected. These subtle differences are part of the unique character of handmade creations and should not be considered defects.
